1 Introduction

1. First heat the kneader to a certain temperature, and put the raw materials into the kneader in the order of feeding. After
heating and mixing uniformly, the screw used for discharging should be heated to a certain temperature so that the glue can pass smoothly and enter the extruder.
2. The extruder should be heated to a temperature that can produce glue, and the rotation speed of the motor and the screw of the extruder should be adjusted through the frequency converter to form a certain pressure difference in the screw barrel. So that the glue can be extruded smoothly from the die. Different numbers of rubber strips can be extruded through different numbers of die heads.
3. The glue sticks formed by the extruder passes through a cold water tank and is rotated underwater to the die. The material passes through the die and extrudes glue sticks with a diameter of 2-3mm. The material passes through the rotating cutter head and rotates at high speed. After the high-pressure water pump is rapidly cooled, the dehydrator conveyed by the pipeline is dehydrated by high-speed spin dehydration, and after sorting and screening through a vibrating screen, it enters the mixer for stirring,drying, and packaging.
