1	Automatic conveyor	feed the material after crushed and washed or not large flim into the feeding machine.
2	Feeding machine	With the automatic conveyor,feed the material into the extruder.
4	Double stage  screw extruder	for plasticizing the materials and exhausting the gas, it is made of 40Cr generally.and the other material(38CrMoAl, 45#, Spraying alloy etc.) customized according to the requirement of the user
5	hydraulic screen changer	filter the impurities, improve the granules quality
6	Pelletizer(cutting machine)	includes mould and pelleting blades, Frequency control of motor speed,alloy cylinder-type hob, imported polyurethane roller, we can provide both vertical type and horizontal type
7	Cooling trough:	use circular water for cooling the granules immediately after pelleting cut
8	Vertical dewatering machine	convey the granules helically from bottom to top, the rotary rotor and the stainless screen help to drain the water, and convey the granules out from the machine
