Product Description

Principle of Operation: Vertical chocolate ball mill is a special machine for fine grinding chocolate and sugar/milk powder mixture.
Through the  friction between the material and the steel ball in the vertical cylinder, the material is fine grinded to the required fineness,usually 18-25micron.
The whole body of the machine is made of stainless steel 304 ,  Delta control system, Brand Electric and Durrex pump.
We have different capacity for this machine, capacity range 150-1000L.

Connect machine to correct power and cold water supply. Then you can easily start the machine according to the manual provided with machine. For complete line, we may provide online assistance for installation. On-site installation is also available.
 

Chocolate ball mill machine is one of the principal equipments for fine grinding chocolate through friction and impact of steel balls and paste. 

It can be used as a standalone refiner unit or matched with conche machine to increase the output and shorten the milling time.

Batch type chocolate ball mill machine is equiped with automatic temperature control system to control the temperature of chocoalte syrup strictly.Its circulation system makes chocolate syrup circulating in the milling chamber and to be milled evenly.
