1. The line is special equipment for the PE materials and PP woven bag recycling granulating, it equipped with compacting machine which could pre- compact the film into smaller granules, then easily feed into screw barrel of extruder, ensure high capacity and save labor.
 2. It has two vacuum exhausting mouth on extruder barrel which can fully vent the moisture in the material and the final granule quality will be very perfect.
 3. At the end of screw barrel, it equipped with double post fast speed hydraulic non -stop screen changer which can effectively filt out the dirty in the plastic melt.
 4. The pelletizing adopts water flush pelletizing which is easier to operate, and the shape and appearance of granule is good.

This water-cooling single screw plastic pellet making machine is one stage plastic regenerative pelletizer, which is suitable for many kinds plastic waste materials recycling and making pellet, such as PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE Film and clean woven/nonwoven bag materials, etc. The film can be pressed in compressor and then be pelletized. 

Process flow: 
Conveying feeding→Metal detector→Degassing single screw extruder→Hydraulic stainer exchanger→Rub sufface granulating machine→Slip trough→Dewatering machine→Librating screener→Blowing system→Storage hooper→Finished product packing.

Detailed description of each item:  
1. Conveyor: convey PP PE film or flakes into the compactor.
2. PE film Agglomerator /Compactor: crushing and compress film, and feed compressed film into extruder forced, to make the production capacity high and stable.
3.1# Extruding system: plasticizing material and exhausting gas.
4. 1# High-speed Net exchanging system: filter material impurity, to make production more stable.
5. 2# Extruding system: plasticizing material.
6. 2# High-speed Net exchanging system and Die-head: Second filter material impurity, to make production more stable.
7. Water ring pelletizing machine: cutting pellets in water.
8. Water tank: cooling pellets.
9. Dewater machine: make pellets dry.
10.Vibration sieve: remove bad pellet and keep good pellet.
11. Air Blower: convey good pellets into silo.
12. Storage silo: keep pellet.
