PP PE HDPE LDPE bottle container pelletizing granulator machine for plastic recycling

We offer a 90-type pet granulator machine with a capacity of around 80-100kg/h. It comes equipped with a 38crmoal screw (90*2500mm), fine-polished screw surface, hydraulic die head, round filter, and 11 noodle holes for better material control. The ceramic heating coil with a fan ensures better temperature control. We can also customize machines based on your specific needs. Please feel free to inquire.

Main Features of our  bottle container recycling line:

1. Feeding way: Special designed force feeder, side feeder and compactor feeder can push the material into the extruder in high efficiently. Guarantee getting high capacity of the recycling pelletizing machine.

2. Gear reducer of plastic pelletizing recycling plant: The high torque, hard-surface gear reducer with water cooling circulation system ensures the line running steady, silent, and long life using. 

3. Barrel and screw of plastic pelletizing recycling plant: The special material (38CrMoA1A & double alloy) and hardness treatment of the screw and barrel make extruder to be good wear resistance.

4. Degassing of plastic pelletizing recycling plant: Special design for the venting can discharge the moisture and waste air efficiently which ensure the finally plastic granules are with smooth surface, no water, no bubble, and good quality.
