High output paint production line
1.Low speed agitating system: with tank &reactor or lifting system
2.Dispersing system: We adopt one disperser with several tanks to enhance the efficiency and to save time. Electrical steering design is easy and convenient to operate.
3.Grinding system: We adopts series Horizontal Bead Mill. Required fineness can be obtained after one time circulation. For grinding color paste, Basket beads Mill or 4.Horizontal Bead Mill (Pin type) are optional
5.Filtration system: Two kinds of filters: Bag type and Vibration type. They are optional according to different products.
6.Filling system: Two kinds of filling machines: Automatic one and Semi-automatic one. Various packing specification from 0.5L to 1000L are optional.
7.Working platform: It can be one floor, two floors, or three floors. The disperser can be placed on the top floor, grinding machine on the second floor and tinting machine on the first floor, top-to-down flow to reduce the residue inside the pipeline effectively.
8.Control System: Touch Screen, host computer, PLC control.
A simple paint line with smaller yields, lower cost, and simpler, this is the option for small-volume paint factories.
1.Dispersion allows the pigment to be mixed with a portion of the paint to become a semi-finished pigment paste. It is the first process of color paste production. Purpose: 1 to make the pigments evenly mixed; 2 to make the pigment partially wet; 3 to initially break up large pigment aggregates. It is mainly based on mixing and plays a part of dispersion to prepare for the next grinding process. The quality of the pre-dispersion directly affects the quality and efficiency of the grinding dispersion. The equipment used is mainly a high speed disperser.
2.Grinding equipment is the main equipment for the production of paints, horizontal sand mills with grinding media.
3.In the production process, the paint will inevitably be mixed with flying dust and impurities, and sometimes the patent leather will be produced. It must be filtered before being packaged at the factory.
